Requirements:
At Least 5 years of development experience
Experience in developing tools or development frameworks (Web or IT development experience not sufficient)
Highly capable self-learner
Able to deal with a large and complex software system
Advantaged:
Familiarity/experience with additional technologies (such as C++, VB6, PowerBuilder,Java etc.)
Experience with parsers and/or compilers
Enthusiasm for complex architectures, algorithms and concepts
