פנה אלי חבר חדש, חסן אבו-שאלי מקהילת חסוב שמארגנת האקתון ל-Social Good בסופ״ש האחרון של החודש בנצרת. חסן מאוד מעוניין לחשוף מפתחים מהקהילה שלהם לעשיה ולכלים של הסדנא ואני יודע שגם הרבה מאיתנו מאוד מעוניינים לערב יותר אזרחים מהאוכלוסיה הערבית בפרויקטים של הסדנא. ביקשתי מחסן לתאר את האירוע בכמה מילים:
Hasoub* Community is organising it’s hackathon for social good. Where we will bring together hackers, developers, designers and entrepreneurs along with community and volunteering groups working in the Arab community.
The goal is to team and and develop solutions for those volunteering groups that will ease their daily work and help them better serve their target audiance. In addition, we are planning to have a couple of groups developing solutions for the public, specially around public knowledge and exposing data to the the public.
Hasoub is a social venture promoting technology and innovation within the Arab community. Our goal is to drive economic and social change within the Arab community, through technology, innovation and entrepreneurship. We believe in the Arab tech-innovational potential, and want to bring it to it’s best fulfilment, from awareness to practice.
We will truly appreciate having some resources/mentorship from the PKW, for example having some links in advance and a mentor during the event will be perfect!
חסן ישמח להוסיף במילותיו שלו, אבל אני חושב שזו יכולה להיות הזדמנות ממש נהדרת עבור מי שרוצה לשלב ביקור חג בצפון עם פגישה עם קהילה טכנולוגית אקטיביסטית מיוחדת שמאוד ראוי להרחיב את היצוג שלה בסדנא.
