Please be informed that the 2015 global Call for Proposals of the European
Instrument for Democracy and Human Rights was published.

The Call foresees 5 lots:

*Lot 1: To support Human Rights Defenders organisations working
at grassroot level;*

Lot 2: To contribute to the monitoring and the effective
implementation of the specific international core conventions ratified by
GSP+ beneficiary countries

Lot 3: To support the fight against the death penalty -
*Lot 4: To support migrants, including asylum seekers in third
countries, internally displaced persons and stateless persons*

Lot 5: To support children associated with armed forces, groups
and gangs and impacted by armed violence
The official documentation is the Guidelines for Grant Applicants and their
annexes. Be attentive to the eligibility criteria and priorities. They may
differ for each lot.
Pay attention to the fact that this Call for Proposals uses new, online
submission (PROSPECT) procedures, as described in section 2.2.2. The deadline
for submission of Concept Note is 1 October 2015 (16:00 Brussels-time).
The procedure to ask questions is described in section 2.2.4 of the
Guidelines for applicants. Please do not contact the Delegation.
