This is the first of a series of Data Packages I’m publishing related to municipal budgets in Israel, and more generally, data related to the administrative structure of governance.

I can no longer find the original MOIN document that describes the municipal budget tree. We used to have it on Google Drive. Do you think you could see if you still have it, or, even better, provide a link to the PDF on the MOIN website? Then I can store the source information as part of the data package.
