CompWise is looking for experienced business analysts, to join our dynamic team located in Herzliya Pituach. We have a team of developers and analysts working on various projects aimed at achieving sustainable regulatory compliance for top notch financial institutions.
We are a one-stop-shop for implementing solutions that prevent money laundering, capital markets trading abuse and financial fraud. We really are the good guys.
You will:
- Understand our clients’ needs, on one hand, and figure out how to address them in the best way possible, on the other hand
- Conduct data mining tasks and evaluate operational requirements
- Adjust solution preferences through data, analytical and statistical analysis
- Compose documentation and presentations that capture the high level of quality invested in your work
- Understand and explain the functionality of the implemented products to business users
- Facilitate test planning, test cases and various scripts
- Find creative solutions to unconventional problems
The candidates we are looking for must:
- Have at least two years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Have high SQL proficiency (Oracle/ SQL server) and understanding of the concept of relational data models
- Be a MS Excel master – particularly data manipulation functions
- Pay high attention to details, while multitasking different projects
- Be a team player
- Have excellent English – both verbal and written
Other advantages
- Experience in the financial industry
- Experience in data visualization tools, such as QlikView, Tableau or Cognos
- Knowledge in analytical and statistical tools such as SAS or R
- A history of working with financial surveillance monitoring systems such as Actimize, Mantas, Fortent or Norkom
